Our 24 hour centralised breakdown control hub in manned by 5 experienced staff members who ensure calls are handled quickly & efficiently & using our fleetmatics tracker systems, can have 1 of our 55 top of the range service vans onsite within our unrivalled 52 minute response time.
Our strength is developing a partnership with our customers so we are able to create a workable & sustainable tyre policy ensuring vehicle uptime as well as controlled tyre expenditure.
Using CAM systems means we have a fully integrated package in terms of call logging, job initiation, digital worksheets via tablet & onward to invoicing & date capture. The business intelligence package allows us to create bespoke reporting functions necessary to show clients vital management information - all of which can be customised to suit a fleet's needs. Another benefit of this is reduced paper assisting in minimising our carbon footprint.

Health & safety is at the forefront of everything we do here at Redpath Tyres - we have our own in house H&S officer on hand to assist us with this. The safety of tyre technicians has always been a cause for concern in the industry; technicians can be called out at anytime day or night to work in all weather conditions, near busy roads. It is therefore very important to us that all of our staff are trained to the highest standards - all hold REACT licenses to ensure they have the skills to be carry out jobs safely & efficiently.
We also regularly invite manufacturers to give presentations on the latest products & train our staff to give the best advice & guidance to our customers.
